Joint-stock company (JSC) "Pieno žvaigždės"  was established on the 23rd of December 1998 as a result of reorganisation and merger of two joint-stock companies "Mažeikių pieninė"  and "Pasvalio sūriai". Two previously independent milk production companies were merged into one JSC "Pieno žvaigždės" . 

          Mr. Voldemaras Klovas, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Pieno žvaigždės'', tells the real story, as he was one of those who took part in the events of those days.
