For ages, yogurt is known as a product that assures good health and longevity. Yoghurt helps to maintain healthy intestinal microflora balance, which has an influence on important vital functions, therefore people who consume yoghurt on daily basis feel better and more bouncy.

The Rule of Three – what is that?
The Rule of Three is an advise of nutritionists. People willing to lead healthy lifestyle should get some vitamins, mineral acids and other useful substances contained in milk on daily basis. It’s quite easy, you only have to consume a small quantity of a milk product three times a day, for example: a small amount of yogurt for breakfast, a piece of fermented cheese or curd for lunch, and a glass of warm milk in the evening... Is it healthy for children to consume milk products, and since what age?
If a child is not allergic to milk and milk products, he/she may start consuming milk products since the age of 1 year in the average. You should start giving to your child only high-quality natural products that do not contain any preservatives. Start with a couple of teaspoons of natural curd or strained curd MIAU. You can increase the amount step by step and add some new products: yoghurt, milk...

Can someone, who does not drink milk, eat yogurt?
In most cases, yes. About one third of people in the world cannot drink sweet milk, since their bodies do not tolerate milk sugar – lactose. Yet, such people can consume the so-called sour milk products (made of fermented milk): yogurt, clabber, sour curd and sour curd cheese, sour cream. Milk with reduced content of lactose is made for such people. We suggest trying MŪ.
Is it possible to get excess weight when consuming milk products? In the end, some of them have rather high fat content?
Well, yes, if you eat pure butter spoon after spoon.
 
You should be temperate in eating, whatever it is – milk products or any other product. Which milk is better for my health – natural grandma’s “cottage” milk or the one available in the shop?
The so-called cottage milk comes in different quality. We do not recommend buying it from strangers, since you don’t know where their cows pasture, are they healthy or not, under what hygiene conditions they are milked and how the milk is made ready for sale... Drinking milk processed in the industrial way does not taste worse, is not less good for health or beneficial, and you can trust its quality – professionals take care of that; milk is checked in laboratories several times, processed thermally, and provided in a hygienic package.
Milk products help burn fat
          We often get letters with questions, what products should one choose – fat-free, low-fat or fatter, the so-called ‘natural’...
 
          Each of us shall make one’s own choice. At the time being, there are 2 cardinally different opinions. Supporters of one side radically calculate even those several grams of fat contained in yoghurt, meanwhile others claim that this is a worthless effort and try to eat the fattest possible milk products.
