The project is financed by the European Union, the Republic of Lithuania and JSC "Pieno žvaigždės".

 

          Project value – LTL 4,614,215.

 

          Objective of the project: organisation of training for the company’s employees, which conforms to the needs of the employer and the staff, assurance of high quality level and improvement of professional competence of training groups.

 

          It is expected that over 405 employees working for JSC "Pieno žvaigždės" in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Mažeikiai and Pasvalys will attend the training.

 

          During the project, its participants will analyse relevant production and management issues, develop their negotiating, meeting management and other skills, improve their English and IT knowledge.
