Since 2000, in June of each year, the representatives of JSC "Pieno žvaigždės" area trade departments gather for a traditional congress intended to associate sellers working in different areas of Lithuania. At the congress, they spend some time together, relax, communicate in unconventional environments, share their experience, reinforce team relations, develop teamwork skills and gain new forces for their further common work.

          Each year, the congress takes place in a different place. Representatives of each area take care of its organisation in turns.

          The event consists of several parts: first of all, area teams must present themselves as creatively as possible; the presentation is followed by sport games that demonstrate understanding among team members and toughness; and finally, the program ends with a concert, dances, and gala dinner. 

          The event gets better and better each year: teams already have their uniforms, camp-sites, and come to the congress having prepared for it better and better.

          Our sales force is extremely creative, and not only at work, but also when entertaining themselves and relaxing. Their contrivance is inexhaustible.
